Information
The minimum time for which you can rent a studio is 4 hours. The studio is available from 12:00 AM and the last booking is possible at 9:00 PM.
A cleaning fee of PLN 100 is added to each booking.
Our studio is rented per floor. We do not rent individual rooms.
There is no reception on site, the keys are handed over personally by us – the owner, so please do not be late and arrive on time to collect the keys and show them around the premises.
For reservations longer than 5h refundable deposit (500 PLN) is required, in case of any damage
The deposit must be sent to a bank account before start of the rental and is returned within 24 hours of the end of the rental.
